Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 14 days and are subject to steel price movements thereafter. An order is confirmed once we receive a deposit and written confirmation of profile, gauge, colour and sheet lengths.

Payment

Standard terms are a 60% deposit on order and the balance before dispatch. Sheets are cut to your specified lengths, so custom-cut orders cannot be resold and are non-cancellable once rolling begins.

Warranty

Colour and perforation warranties run from the invoice date and apply only where sheets were installed according to our fixing guidelines, using compatible fasteners, and were not exposed to chemical contact or dissimilar metals.

Installation

Where Maisha Mabati installs the roof, the client is responsible for safe site access, secure storage of materials and any structural work on the roof frame. Timelines are estimates and may shift with weather.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective material or the re-execution of defective workmanship. We are not liable for indirect losses.
