Delivery zones

• Ruiru, Juja, Thika Road corridor and Nairobi: free on orders above 300 metres
• Rest of Kiambu and Nairobi metro: quoted per trip
• Countrywide: transported by our partner trucks at cost, quoted before dispatch

Lead times

Stock profiles dispatch within 24 to 48 hours of cleared payment. Custom-cut and special-colour orders take 3 to 5 working days.

Offloading and access

Offloading is the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing. Please confirm that the road to the site can take a long-body truck; if the truck cannot reach the site, additional transport charges apply.

Inspection at delivery

Count and inspect the sheets before signing the delivery note. A signed note confirms the material arrived in good order.

Call or WhatsApp +254 756 697 955 with your order number for a dispatch update. Yard collection is also available at Kamiti Road, Ruiru, Kiambu County, Kenya.
