Refund Policy

Damaged or wrong material

Inspect sheets at delivery. Report any transit damage, wrong profile, wrong colour or wrong length within 48 hours with photographs. We replace confirmed cases at our cost.

Standard stock returns

Uninstalled full sheets of standard stock lengths may be returned within 7 days in resaleable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and transport is at the buyer's cost.

Non-refundable items

• Custom-cut sheets rolled to your specified lengths
• Special-order colours not held in stock
• Installed material and completed labour

Deposits

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel before rolling or cutting starts. Once production begins, the deposit covers material already committed to your order.

Processing

Approved refunds are paid to the original M-Pesa number or bank account within 7 working days. To start a claim, call +254 756 697 955 or email salescustomercare970@gmail.com.
